Hearing from organizations about this moment...
specifically, this tech moment, and collaboration
We've been polling purpose-driven organizations about how artificial intelligence is impacting collaboration so far.
We are small (but mighty on good days) and careful about what we bring into focus.
Our work has always been making collaboration feel better and have more impact. How we do it depends on the contexts the collaborations are happening in. And contexts can be very specific: unique to mission, to team. But some contexts are almost universal, they're so widespread. To use a recent example, the pandemic and its implications for Work From Home and Return To Office was something most organizations faced simultaneously. Today AI is another widespread context that’s impacting collaboration across our community.
We’re asking about learning and development, governance, consultant/vendor flooding, relationship to theory of change, transparent and coherent dialogue with employees, and discernment around what work should get slow lane firewalls.
Subscribe (it’s free) or follow if you’re interested in the results as they come in. Or if you are connected to a purpose-driven or social impact organization you think would want to contribute to the survey, let me know and I’ll provide the link while it remains open.
